This is a new project commissioned by a private developer. The brief was to design two residential units on a tight and narrow site. Each unit is double storey with 3 bedrooms each.

Open plan living spaces have been located to maximise solar gains, and to open into private landscaped courtyards.

The built form and selection of materials are based on achieving a sea side aesthetic, and meeting a fixed budget.
