Iliya Ilievski



Iliya completed his Bachelor of Architecture at Deakin University in 2002. He was employed particularly for his skills in architectural design and details, including his understanding of incorporating ESD principles into the architectural solutions.

Iliya has already had a major input into the 3D design solutions on the Charlton Hospital, Sunbury Hospital, Werribee Olympic Outdoor Pool, Numurkah District Health Service and Omeo District Health Service and Ocean Grove Shopping Centre projects.

He has also been the Design Architect for the Ocean Grove, Geelong West, Portland, Warburton and Mildura fire stations. He recently designed and managed the completion of the new Lara Police Station, Hillcrest Fire Station and Anglesea Fire Station, which is Victoria’s first carbon neutral fire station.

He works closely with the project architect and draftspersons in bringing his design proposals to fruition ensuring they are cost effective, take into consideration that surrounding environment, functional objectives, ESD and low maintenance.


Role: Iliya will be the Project Architect responsible for the day to day management of the project team. He will work closely with Michael to develop concept design solutions and take the lead role in the design aesthetics of the building. He will pay particular attention to the ESD outcomes and the existing building heritage values.
